As student he started his music teacher career very young, and in the 1993 when he was 23 he was teacher of rock guitar in the celebrated roman music school “Saint Louis College of Music” witch a cooperation that still persists and that demonstrates itself with many artistic and didactic collaborations. So prestigious is his ten-years collaboration with the great guitarist Stochelo Rosenberg (leader of the Rosenberg Trio and global maximum exponent of the musical style born by guitar genius Django Reinhardt and known as gypsy jazz) too, not only with a record production mentioned at the beginning of this short biography, but with so many concerts in the most eminent italian jazz festivals.Salvatore Russo, a prestigious italian guitarist, has, as solist, four record works, the homonym album Salvatore Russo, a prestigious italian guitarist, has, as solist, four record works, the homonym album “Salvatore Russo” edited in 2001 by “Virtuoso Records”, “Contact” edited in 2004 with the guitarist William Stravato, and distributed attached to “Axe Magazine”, a periodical magazine for guitar players, “La Touche Manouche” edited in 2009, played with the great dutch guitarist Stochelo Rosenberg, produced by Stefano Mastruzzi, director of the prestigious modern music italian school “Saint Louis College of Music”, and edited with “Saint Louis Jazz Collection” editions, and, in the end, the last record work plubished in 2016 called “Gypsy Jazz trio”, edited by “Emme Records” owned by Enrico Moccia, artistic director and creator of the illustrious “Fara Music festival” in Fara Sabina.
